After identifying the client's business goals and the objectives for a new Website for their spa and salon business, David compiled a complete and thorough competive analysis of the local competion, developed a strategy and overall site plan and then designed a new custom Website for Sapphira. David's color scheme of muted olive greens and blues is relaxing, energizing and luxurious, as well as soothing to the mind and soul. Easy to navigate and user friendly, David's new Sapphira Website has a clean and contemporary look and feel. David sourced many of the images, wrote a majority of the text and created all of the graphic icons, animations, as well as wrote the HTML, CSS, javaScript and PHP code for the site. The Sapphira site is interactive, responsive and mobile friendly, and looks amazing on all devices from desktop to mobile. The new Sapphira logo, designed by David, includes an attractive sapphire graphic nestled between an easy-to-read and modern sans-serif logo text. The rationale for adding the sapphire gemstone graphic to the logo is because in Hebrew the meaning of the name Sapphira refers to the sapphire gemstone and simply means precious or beautiful — appropriate since the logo represents a spa and salon specialized in beauty, health and relaxation. The other reason is that traditionally the sapphire gemstone, and by extension the color sapphire, symbolizes truth and sincerity. David's color scheme makes the new logo "pop" off the relaxing olive green background. The blue sapphire graphic sparkles and contrasts well against the green behind it. David chose to include green in the logo and the website because green symbolizes relaxation, nature, growth, harmony, and freshness. You can clearly see the calming, soothing, and relaxing influence of the coordinating colours in the logo. The new look is simple, modern and sophisticated and David's new Sapphira logo design perfectly matches the client's goals and objectives for their website and business.
