Losani Homes develops and builds new home communities and commercial properties in the Ancaster, Hamilton and Grimsby area. David was asked to design and produce a high‐quality printed brochure to introduce Losani new home purchasers to the Losani Design Centre, the place to compare and select sensational decor selections for their new Losani home like designer flooring, tiles, granite, carpet, cabinetry, and fixtures with the help of a talented interior design team. David directed a professional photographer to take well-lit, and high‐quality, digital images of the Design Center and the staff. David's contemporary brochure design features these beautiful interiors which are interspersed with structured panels of text describing the easy sample selection process for the new home buyer. David makes use of semi-transparent spheres overtop of some of the images to spot‐light the Losani Design Center logo and script headlines to add a signature charm to the layout. The brochure was printed on a bright‐white coated stock in four colour process with a clear aqueous coating overall. This finish gives the brochure a crisp and impressive, polished look. David's brochure design has succeeded in providing the best solution to the client's goals and criteria.
